Disillusioned and frustrated by the big bad world of web design, in 2011 I founded TheWebsiteGuy.co.uk to provide the kind of service I expected from a web development company.
As a businessman, for me its vital to have a web presence for my business activities, its also important that this is easy to update, low cost and online quickly – I searched everywhere for this kind of service, and nobody could tick all 3 boxes. What’s more I also wanted to make sure my sites could be easily found on Google, Yahoo and the other search engines (this is called Search Engine Optimisation or SEO for short). So gap in the market found, I set about rounding up some friends, knowledge and an appropriate business name – TheWebsiteGuy.co.uk was born in April 2011.
